The insertion-type electromagnetic flowmeter is used to measure conductive fluid flow in municipal water supply, steel, petroleum, chemical, power, industrial, water conservancy, and water resources management sectors. It can also measure corrosive conductive liquids such as acids, alkalis, and salt solutions.

The insertion-type electromagnetic flowmeter consists of an insertion sensor and converter. It is suitable for measuring flow and total volume of various conductive liquids (including acid, alkaline, salt solutions, water, wastewater, and corrosive liquids) with conductivity ≥5μs/cm across industrial, agricultural, water conservancy, environmental sewage monitoring, and urban water supply applications. Compared to pipeline-type flowmeters, this insertion-type design remains unaffected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity, offering an extensive measurable flow range. It accommodates industrial pipe diameters up to 3 meters, featuring strong anti-interference capabilities and reliable performance. The device displays real-time flow and cumulative flow, supporting data remote transmission, wireless control, alarm functions, and more.
