Product Overview:
The magnetic flap level gauge can be used for medium level detection in various towers, tanks, vessels, spherical containers, boilers, and other equipment. The internal liquid level is clearly indicated by the magnetic flap indicator. Utilizing high-quality liners and specialized float materials, it offers high sealing, leakage prevention, and suitability for applications involving strong acids, strong alkalis, and highly toxic substances.
Performance Features:
■ Level transmitters and magnetic switches can be added. Installation or adjustment can be performed anytime without shutdown.
■ Plastic-cased magnetic switches resist acids and alkalis, feature IP67 protection, and are compact for easy control point adjustment.
■ Novel bottom flange connection – Prevents liquid residue, ideal for industries with frequent process changes. Allows direct draining from the bottom, eliminating mixture and contamination.
■ Can be installed at the bottom of equipment (tanks without bases), unlike traditional indicators requiring equipment elevation.
■ Upper and lower spring buffer design added to prevent float damage during installation and transportation.
■ Precision float welding – Utilizes laser welding.
■ Unique drawn holes minimize burrs, preventing float wear. Special manufacturing process ensures minimal leakage.
■ Modular indicator. Colors available: Red, Green, White (customer-specified). Ceramic material option available, resistant to high temperatures and color fading. Can incorporate luminescence upon customer request for enhanced visibility.
